Global Health - Tanzania

Global Animal Health Tanzania represents the public health and development mission of Washington State University in the United Republic of Tanzania, a One Health mission that links human health with the health of animals and the environment.  The shared vision of Global Animal Health Tanzania and Washington State University Global Health is to promote equity in health and opportunity for all people and its mission is to provide innovative solutions to global health and development challenges through research, education, global outreach, and application of disease control at the interfaces of animals, humans, and the shared environment.  Realizing this mission in East Africa requires continuity of commitment that transcends any single grant or contract, we listen, engage, and collaborate with academic, governmental and non-governmental institutions.  Global Animal Health Tanzania represents this commitment, specifically in Tanzania.
