Becky is the Administrative Manager for The Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health and the Secretary Treasurer for Washington State University Global Health – Non-Government Organization. She leads administrative teams in domestic and international operations for WSU Pullman, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Her career at Washington State University began in 1987. Her trajectory has allowed her to work with a variety of departments and develop a diverse range of skill sets. These departments include central administration, facilities operations, online degree program, student affairs, and academic colleges.
All members of the Manning family are dedicated Cougars. Becky’s daughters are alumni and her husband has over 35 years of service to the university. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and Wednesday evening dinners with good friends.
I am thankful for all the experiences and people I have had the privilege to work with during my tenure at Washington State University. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about work that influences our surrounding Pullman and global communities. Allen School for Global Animal Health, and Washington State University Global Health.
Working for the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health presented a meaningful opportunity to support programs and people whose research is improving the health of communities around the world. The global mission motivates Becky and that guides how she leads her team. It is important that this work can continue, so Becky leads her team to meet all stakeholder expectations. After 35 years of work experience, she is also motivated to “pay it forward” by mentoring others, encouraging development, and leading by example.
