Allen School Growth
The Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health has grown to realize its mission of improving public health and catalyzing human opportunity since its initial conception in 2006. The state-of-the-art Paul G. Allen Center for Global Animal Health on the WSU Pullman campus anchors the pursuit for innovative solutions to prevent infectious disease and improve lives though ensuring nutritional and economic security.
The philanthropic investments by Paul G. Allen, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and over 300 donors have been catalytic in the development of the Allen School—the first of its kind anywhere. Over the next 10 years, the Allen School will continue to grow in Washington and globally, doubling its faculty, staff, and graduate students and extending its impact through global partnership.
